Born and raised in Charleston, Theresa Lufkin comes from a family with roots across the country — her father from New York and her mother from California. They met in the military and settled in Charleston, giving Theresa a unique perspective on families relocating from diverse regions.

Over the course of her 25+ year career, she has successfully worked in both the Charleston and Columbia markets, earning multiple PRISM Awards and numerous REGAL Awards for excellence in new home sales and performance in both Charleston and Columbia. After building a highly successful, award-winning career in both Charleston and Columbia, Theresa returned home to the Lowcountry, bringing decades of experience, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.

Based in the Lowcountry, she proudly serves clients throughout Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties and the surrounding region, including North Charleston, Summerville, Mount Pleasant, Goose Creek, Walterboro, Georgetown, and beyond.
